Community Supported Fishery Program

Dock to Dish is a Community-Supported Fishery (CSF) in Montauk, New York. Modeled after popular community-supported agriculture programs, this CSF offers its members weekly shares of fresh, wild seafood for a pre-paid membership fee.  CSF programs began as a way to help marine ecosystems recover from the effects of overfishing (i.e. regenerate) while maintaining a thriving fishing community by reconnecting directly with customers. Community-based fisheries steward the marine ecosystem to ensure that it regenerates for future generations to enjoy.
