Central Grazing Company is south of Lawrence, Kansas. Founded in 2015, much of the land around the farm had depleted soils. The owners, who are both moms and shepherds, are actively regenerating the grassland prairies by managing their flocks holistically. Central Grazing Company raises lambs ethically according to the highest animal welfare standards and is certified by the organization A Greener World.
