Implementing Holistic Land Management

The Savory Institute offers five online, self-paced courses that cover the foundations of Holistic Management. Unit 1: Introduction to Holistic Management (6 hours). Unit 2: Nurturing Our Planet has two courses: The Ecosystem Processes and Tools to Manage Ecosystem Processes. (2.5 hours each) Unit 3, Holistic Decision Making, includes courses on Defining and Creating Your Holistic Context (1.5 hours)and Testing and Monitoring Decisions (1.75 hours).

Soil Centric's Pro Tip

Don't manage land? That's okay, these online courses are a great intro to the holistic decision-making process which can be used for managing a farm, a family, a business, or any other complex biological ecosystem. We recommend taking Unit 1 before signing up for the full-suite of courses.
